DysrupIT Announces Leadership Transition as Benjamin Romualdez Appointed CEO

DysrupIT has announced the appointment of Benjamin Romualdez as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 May 2026, marking a significant milestone in the Company’s continued growth and evolution.

As part of the leadership transition, Co-Founder Andrew McCarroll will move from his role as CEO to Executive Chair, while Co-Founder and Owner Elizabeth Hermosura will transition to the DysrupIT Board as Founding Director. Both will remain actively involved at the Board level, working closely with the Leadership Team on strategic direction, partnerships, and the stewardship of DysrupIT’s culture and values.

The appointment reflects the next phase of DysrupIT’s journey following years of sustained growth across managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and digital transformation.

“Building DysrupIT from the ground up has been a great privilege,” said Andrew McCarroll, Executive Chair and Co-Founder. “Benjamin has the vision, operational depth, client service, and people-first mindset to realise the full potential of the Company. Under his leadership, DysrupIT is expected to accelerate momentum across its managed services, enterprise cloud, AI, automation, and digital transformation offerings. Benjamin is a strong advocate for the role AI and automation play in building modern, high-performing organisations and has extensive experience helping businesses enhance operational performance while future-proofing their capabilities.
