Her extensive experience has played a pivotal role in the exceptional growth and success of DysrupIT. Her invaluable expertise has transformed the company into a thriving multi-million-dollar global enterprise.
In addition to her contributions to the tech industry, Elizabeth is deeply dedicated to philanthropy. One of DysrupIT’s impactful initiatives is its collaboration with Bahay Tuluyan, a partnership aimed at enhancing the lives of disadvantaged children in the Philippines. This cause holds a special place in Elizabeth’s heart, as it aligns with her commitment to her country of birth. She firmly believes in fostering inclusivity in the tech field. She has actively championed this cause by co-founding CoderDojo NSW and volunteering as a Tech Girls Movement Foundation mentor.

Chief Executive Officer
Andrew McCarroll has spent his career building and operating offshore powered Managed Service Providers.
With extensive experience in developing a strategy to effect organizational transformation and change, Andrew is a master in service design and build, to enable commercial growth.
Andrew has designed strategies across a broad range of industries, from start-up to NASDAQ-listed, solving business challenges with software solutions across the Globe.
Chief Financial Officer
As a Fellow of CPA Australia, Gavan brings years of strategic and commercial financial expertise, which he mastered while working in the Retail, Wholesale, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Building and Construction, Banking and Finance, Charity, and Not-For-Profit sectors.
Gavan has twenty years of experience in accounting and finance and more than ten years as a senior executive in commercial accounting. During this time, he held vital roles in the local (Brisbane and Mackay), national (Melbourne), and international (London) arenas.
With Gavan on board, he can work his magic by catalysing DysrupIT’s value growth and enabling financial independence. His vast knowledge in financial performance leadership, strategic planning, team remuneration and incentive strategy, and acquisition, divestment and change management can boost DysrupIT’s success.
Head of Alliances and Partnerships
Marco brings a wealth of experience in direct and indirect sales, working in channel and product management roles for established global software vendors. He joins the DysrupIT Team as a key lead in our APJ and North America expansion.
To-date, a large part of DysrupIT’s growth has come from its evolving partner relationships. Marco will continue to build on this strategy, strengthening our existing partnerships and engaging new partners, primarily with his broad network in the cyber security industry expanding our capabilities across ANZ.
Country Manager – Philippines
Rowena is a seasoned technology leader with a wealth of experience managing cross-functional teams and resources. She has a strong background in implementing innovative strategies, streamlined processes, and technology improvements using various project methodologies such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid. Passionate about collaborative work, Rowena focuses on building successful teams with the same vision and high-level energy in everything they do.

Country Manager – India
IT Industry expert, Guruprasad Murty, has joined Australian headquartered IT services company, DysrupIT to open and manage its Delivery Centre in Bengaluru, India.
Guru brings to the DysrupIT Team more than 30 years of building and managing IT service delivery organisations, supporting global clients with a wide range of business solutions.
Chief of Staff
Sharame’s prior experience as an Operational Leader gave her valuable experience in managing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
As Head of Human Resources, Sharame oversees various aspects of DysrupIT’s HR function, including recruitment and retention, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labour laws and regulations. She works closely with senior leadership in developing and implementing strategies that drive organizational effectiveness supporting DysrupIT’s growth objectives.
With Sharame at the helm, the HR function evolved into a strategic partner for the business, playing a critical role in driving employee engagement, talent development, and overall business success.
Head of Talent
Micah has over nine years of extensive experience recruiting across various industries and clients worldwide.
She focuses on technical hiring from different domains – infrastructure, applications development, QA & testing, and helpdesk roles. Passionate about matching the right people for the role, she gets fulfilment from identifying and attracting high-quality talent to DysrupIT and helping them advance in their careers.
