Owner & Founder
With an impressive professional background in cybersecurity, Elizabeth has held key executive positions throughout Asia-Pacific and Japan. Her extensive experience has played a pivotal role in the exceptional growth and success of DysrupIT™. Her invaluable expertise has transformed the company into a thriving multi-million-dollar global enterprise.
In addition to her contributions to the tech industry, Elizabeth is deeply dedicated to philanthropy. One of DysrupIT’s impactful initiatives is its collaboration with Bahay Tuluyan, a partnership aimed at enhancing the lives of disadvantaged children in the Philippines. This cause holds a special place in Elizabeth’s heart, as it aligns with her commitment to her country of birth. She firmly believes in fostering inclusivity in the tech field. She has actively championed this cause by co-founding CoderDojo NSW and volunteering as a Tech Girls Movement Foundation mentor.

Andrew McCarroll has spent his career building and operating offshore powered Managed Service Providers.
With extensive experience in developing a strategy to effect organizational transformation and change, Andrew is a master in service design and build, to enable commercial growth.
Andrew has designed strategies across a broad range of industries, from start-up to NASDAQ-listed, solving business challenges with software solutions across the Globe.
David Armstrong
Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With over 25 years of experience in finance — including 8 years in senior roles across fintech, sustainability, and financial services — David has played a pivotal role in helping startups and mid-sized companies grow from seed to Series A and beyond.
Based in Singapore and originally from the UK, David brings not only deep financial acumen but also a passion for building strong, scalable financial frameworks that empower businesses to grow sustainably across global markets.
As DysrupIT continues its rapid international expansion, David’s leadership will strengthen our financial strategy and support our vision of shaping the future of digital transformation worldwide.
Marco Hermosura
Managing Director, APAC & Global Cybersecurity Lead
As the Managing Director of APAC, based in Sydney, Australia, Marco oversees the company’s operations across the Asia-Pacific region. His role involves providing strategic leadership and driving business development and growth in alignment with the company’s global objectives.
As the Global Head of Cybersecurity, Marco leads DysrupIT’s efforts to deliver expert cybersecurity consultancy to clients worldwide. With over 10 years of extensive experience in the cybersecurity industry—including roles with top cybersecurity vendors and cyber-focused distributors—he specialises in understanding clients’ unique needs, advising on tailored cybersecurity strategies, and safeguarding their digital assets. He focuses on identifying risks, implementing best practices, and ensuring clients can confidently navigate the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.

Country Manager – Philippines
Rowena is a seasoned technology leader with a wealth of experience managing cross-functional teams and resources. She has a strong background in implementing innovative strategies, streamlined processes, and technology improvements using various project methodologies such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid. Passionate about collaborative work, Rowena focuses on building successful teams with the same vision and high-level energy in everything they do.

Benj Romualdez
Head of Philippines Delivery Centre, Executive Team Member
Benj Romualdez leads DysrupIT’s Philippines Delivery Centre and is the newest member of the executive team. He oversees the strategic direction and operational performance of a centre that serves as a key driver of growth for the DysrupIT Group.
With a distinguished background across Engineering, Legal, Investment Research, Equity Research, and Global Business Services, Benj brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the Philippines, China, Japan, and the United States. He has built high-performing delivery organisations known for precision, quality, and impact.
He also plays an active role in the regional business community. As President of the Australian–New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, he champions stronger commercial ties and brings valuable insight into partnership and community engagement.
Micah Alejandro
Head of Talent
Micah has over a decade of extensive experience recruiting across various industries and clients worldwide.
She focuses on technical hiring from different domains – infrastructure, applications development, QA & testing, and helpdesk roles.
