Andrew McCarroll is Executive Chair of DysrupIT. He works with the board on the long view: where the business grows next, where it doubles down, and where it builds capability for what's coming.

Andrew has spent his career building and operating Managed Service Providers with global delivery models. His work has sat at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing the service, building the team, and shaping the commercial model that makes growth possible. He's done this for companies of every shape, from early-stage start-ups to NASDAQ-listed organisations, in markets across the globe.

What he brings to the chair is a clear read on how services businesses scale, and the discipline to make sure growth doesn't outrun the operation. With the CEO running the day-to-day, Andrew sets the direction, holds the long view, and keeps the company building toward what comes next.
