AI Development

Move on AI with confidence, not pressure.

Artificial intelligence is moving fast. The pressure to act is real, from the board, from competitors, from clients. But moving in the wrong direction is worse than not moving at all. Whether you're still figuring out where AI fits, trying to avoid a costly mistake, or ready to build and need the right team to deliver it, this is where we start.

Turning AI Potential Into Operational Value

Move from disconnected AI experiments to structured operational impact.
Before
Pressure to adopt AI
Urgency without operational clarity
Failed pilots & disconnected tools
Experiments without long-term integration
Budget spent, limited adoption
Unclear ROI and low internal alignment
Teams return to manual processes
No sustainable operational change
After
Clarity on where AI fits
A roadmap grounded in your operations
Pilots built to scale
Solutions integrated into daily operations
Investment tied to outcomes
Clear ROI, teams aligned
Teams keep using it
Lasting operational change

Not sure where AI fits, or where to start

Everyone is talking about AI, but the use cases being promoted don’t always align with how your business actually operates. Many organizations aren’t sure which processes would benefit most, whether their data infrastructure is ready, or where to begin without wasting time and budget on the wrong initiatives.

We map your operations before touching any technology, identifying where work happens, where decisions are made, and where AI can create genuine operational value. The result is a clear, prioritized roadmap with realistic timelines, infrastructure considerations, and high-impact opportunities tailored to your business.

Want to move on AI without wasting money on the wrong thing

You’ve seen enough failed AI projects, proof of concepts that went nowhere, and tools that teams never adopted. Before committing investment, you need confidence that the approach is realistic, valuable, and operationally viable.

We build the business case before the solution itself, evaluating the proposed approach, delivery requirements, risks, and expected return. The outcome is a structured roadmap with clear priorities, mitigation planning, and a high-confidence path forward based on evidence rather than hype.

Ready to build, need the right people and process to deliver it

The strategy is defined and the use case is clear, now you need the right team to deliver it. At this stage, businesses can’t afford inexperienced implementation or solutions that fail to fit operational realities.

We place experienced AI practitioners who integrate quickly with your team and support delivery from day one. Because our approach starts with consulting, we stay involved throughout implementation to ensure the solution works effectively, gets adopted internally, and continues evolving as the capability matures.

Andrew McCarroll

Chairman & Owner
Andrew McCarroll is Executive Chair of DysrupIT. He works with the board on the long view: where the business grows next, where it doubles down, and where it builds capability for what's coming.

Andrew has spent his career building and operating Managed Service Providers with global delivery models. His work has sat at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing the service, building the team, and shaping the commercial model that makes growth possible. He's done this for companies of every shape, from early-stage start-ups to NASDAQ-listed organisations, in markets across the globe.

What he brings to the chair is a clear read on how services businesses scale, and the discipline to make sure growth doesn't outrun the operation. With the CEO running the day-to-day, Andrew sets the direction, holds the long view, and keeps the company building toward what comes next.
